We offer both hot and cold starters, amongst which you'll find the classic prosciutto and melon and seafood salad, along with scallops with Brunoise vegetables in oil and lemon, marinated salmon with basil and lemon zest, carpaccio of swordfish and many varieties of mussels: fried, alla marinara or au gratin.
Our selection of traditional Sardinian meat and fish first courses will satisfy any taste, with dishes like malloreddus Campidanese , culurgiones of potato and mint with Sardinian pork and pecorino, or try one of our classic Italian dishes such as spaghetti with clams, ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato and basil or seafood risotto. Don't miss our chef's speciality: capon-stuffed cocoa pasta ravioli with prawn rag.
Finally, our meat and fish main courses where traditional dishes are interpreted with an original twist. The beef fillet en croute comes with a reduction of Cannonau, and the monkfish wrapped in bacon is accompanied with asparagus, a typical accompaniment from the local region. Try the seafood parcel with vegetables and delicate petal sauce, or the tuna steak with poppy seeds served with pepper and mustard sauce; two real delicacies.
